1. Services

BoldGrow AI provides AI automation, chatbot development, marketing automation, and lead-generation website services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% upfront payment required to commence work
• 50% balance due upon project completion
• Payments via UPI, Bank Transfer, Razorpay, or Credit Card
• All prices in INR unless otherwise stated
• GST applicable as per Indian tax law

3. 30-Day Results Guarantee

We guarantee measurable results within 30 days of system launch. If you do not see improvements in your specified KPIs (defined in project scope), we will continue working at no additional cost until results are achieved.

4. Refund Policy

Initial payments are non-refundable once development has commenced. If we fail to deliver per our guarantee, we offer continued service rather than refunds. Specific refund terms may be negotiated in individual contracts.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom-built AI systems, code, and assets created for your business. BoldGrow AI retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and learnings (without identifying clients) in future projects.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and required access
• Respond to communications within 2 business days
• Make timely payments per agreed schedule
• Provide feedback during review phases

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential. We will sign NDAs for sensitive engagements upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

BoldGrow AI's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Third-Party Services

Our solutions may integrate with third-party services (WhatsApp, OpenAI, payment gateways). You are responsible for separate agreements and fees with those providers.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate engagement with 30 days written notice. Work completed and payments due up to termination date remain enforceable.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
